- Your pictures/videos on your device gallery
- Your Citizen Identity Card information

- Device and environment information related to how you access the service, such as device type, operating system, browser type, language and time zone, and technical identifiers needed to maintain a secure login session and protect your account.
When you use the Hasaki Auth mobile app, we may request access to the following capabilities. The messages below reflect what we show in the system permission prompts:
- Camera — Allow camera access to scan Google Authenticator QR codes.
- Face ID — Use Face ID for authentication and accessing security tokens (on supported devices).
- Location (when in use) — Your operating system may request location access only if it is required while you use camera-related features. Hasaki Auth does not collect or store your location.
II. Why We Collect Your Data
We are collecting your data for several reasons:
- To improve our services and products
- To create your job profile with the company
- To facilitate salary payments
- To support you in performing tasks, reports, and KPIs on our application
- To protect your account and our systems, detect fraud or misuse, and maintain secure authentication sessions across your devices.
- To set up multi-factor authentication by scanning Google Authenticator QR codes with your camera (Hasaki Auth).
- To sign you in securely using Face ID or other biometric authentication supported on your device, and to protect access to security tokens (Hasaki Auth).
- Location permission may appear when the operating system ties it to camera-related flows; Hasaki Auth does not use it to collect or store your location.

Hasaki is committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential. Hasaki has done all in its power to prevent data theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure by implementing the latest technologies and software, which help us safeguard all the information we collect online.

Our application contains links that lead to our website or other websites. If you click on these links, Hasaki is held responsible for your data and privacy protection. Visiting those websites is not governed by this privacy policy agreement. Make sure to read the privacy policy documentation of any website you visit from our application. However, we do not guarantee privacy protection on other websites, so if you visit those websites, you should read their privacy policy documents carefully.
V. Our contacts and call logs policy
Our app must use the contact permission to set up asset management alerts for the company's asset management staff. The app will call to alert the manager, security if there is an unauthorized or unauthorised employee near a restricted location in the company such as a safe, cash box, etc. We promise not to collect call data to perform illegal and unauthorized actions, unless we have your permission.
VI. Restricting the Collection of Your Personal Data
At some point, you might wish to restrict the use and collection of your personal data. You can achieve this by doing the following:
- When filling out forms on the application, ensure to leave the checkbox unchecked if you don't want to disclose your personal information.
- If you have already agreed to share your information with us, you can contact HR or a manager via email, and we will make the necessary changes for you.
Hasaki will not lease, sell, or distribute your personal information to any third parties, unless we have your permission or are required by law. Your personal information will be used only when you click the "save" button on our application and successfully agree to the company's policy.
